PricewaterhouseCoopers wants to send jobs to India. It is a private company, not answerable to public. So it is not like their directors are cutting costs to boost next quarter's bottomline and thereby share price. By all indications, they know what they are doing. Company after American company is doing the same thing, whether public or private. The same guys who invent, innovate different products don't mind outsourcing a large part of their work to offshore locations. They also hire plenty of foreigners in USA. The all American immigrant Brin and all American native Page hire many foreigners in their Bay area office. Google's Bangalore office is a rocking, happening place that is on a hiring binge for so long.
So the people who can legitimately claim 'We invented...' are open minded folks with globalized outlook. Those who want to freeload on these inventors, the likes of James and Drifter, are bigoted fools. Since they have no power to fight the all powerful corporate types and allied interests, they vent their impotent anger on slumdogs, wipro, premji, tcs, infosys, upper caste hindus, mumbai, bangalore ...wow the list is long.

Apple closed their R&D center in India in 2006 and still hires mostly Americans. United, Dell, and Delta brough all their call centers back to USA last year. Don't lie and say "company after company". Companies are bailing out of India left and right.

Please name all these "innovations" you are talking about because outside of Apple, there have been none in the USA since you got here.

India's research skills are huge in days before invasion by Muslims and British. Why is it stupid to say that? It's a fact. In 1998 the U.S. economy had just experienced its biggest expansion in U.S. history. Everyone was employed, nearly everyone could afford to buy a house. Many people were paying cash for cars. In fact, it was this phenomenal boom which attracted all the Indiots to begin with.

Due to NASSCOM/India, Inc. lobbying, the visa caps were raised in Oct 1998 and April 2000, flooding the U.S. with millions and millions of Indiots. The U.S. economy collapsed in both 2001 and 2008.

Given that as many Indian posters here admitted, India, Inc. has taken over much of the corporate sector jobs, and the fact that the economy was booming out of control BEFORE THEY GOT HERE, then logic dictatates that they are the cause.

Multiple independent corporate sources who expose that the Indian bodyshops damage or destroy the companies they touch is only further proof. You can't deny history or change it: the U.S. economy was in terrific shape before you got here. Now that you've taken over, the U.S. economy is in really bad shape.

Used to work at a warehouse with about 400 illegals; got to see them steal 80k/year from my company and lose at least another 100k in mistakes and we were small change; bigger vendors lost 10 times as much respectively.  I tried to explain to their managers how the systems were borked, so did their sysadmins.  Nobody in accounting wanted to listen despite us pointing out the exact orders and items and how it was done.  Hell, they went down for 2 weeks to rebuild their database when it blew up and had no backups; utter incompetence.  You see they don't reduce the price of the end product and they don't do this to stay compeditive; they do it to fluff their paycheck and it's complete utter suicide but the effects are down the road so they don't care.

Wait for the data breach stories to start coming out of pricewatercoopers and their clients bank accounts get drained; they're an accounting firm FFS.  Phone calls to previous employee's won't go well, and competing companies and startups will hire these guys looking to capitalize on their failure.

Oh really? How do you figue that logic? SUperbowl players didn't replace American programmers, Indians did. The IT industry was the engine driving the 90s boom. All the American workers who created that boom have been replaced by Indians who are obviously incompetent because they have eebn unable to produce a similar boom. The multiple independt corporate sources and their failures with India are all over the news. I know because I've done the research myself for a book I am writing and I lived and worked in many of these companies myself in Silicon Valley for close to 2 decades. I think I know from experience what I am talking about

The savings an loan crisis was big but it didn't affect the economy in such a huge way as invasion has. The 80s and 90s both saw almost 2 decade of uninterrupted grow. And H-1B was started by U.S. corproations and NASSCOM, not American workers.

part of the economic collapse happened naturally when the international investors in the US Stock Market all pulled out when they found out what crooks we are.  (yes, that's part of why Obama tried to get wallsteet regulations beefed up, to try to roll out the red carpet to our foreign investors again).

Corporations try to get the best employees, we'd do the same.

Corporations are responsible for the redistribution of wealth accross the globe, taking our money for the products and services they provide and paying it to the best employees, and the rest of us get paid dirt because that's what we're worth compared to the people who went to Stanford or places like that.

And here's the problem: if we still taxed the rich and the people who hold property in the US, we wouldn't have an economic crisis, but the people who have all the money have gotten better at holding onto it, so the governments around the world are allowing them to keep it, and will ask us, the working class to shoulder the problem by lowering our standard of living.

Just look at the Austerity programs being mandated to countries in Europe by their central bank!

We should mitigate the behaviour of corporations to prevent people from being hurt around the world, not just to protect American workers, but otherwise we'll live in a Corporate run world, where the governments are just window dressing like the Queen of England - who wants the corporations to have all the power?  who wants to live their lives like that?  I don't
