Sounds to me like he dropped out of sight for a while after the 'N'-word episode, regrouped with his homies, they got a strategy together, now he's executing it. Their new plan is to try to demonize the insurgency as some kind of terrorism and get the Feds to go after us. After all, we've blown a hole in India, Inc.'s hull and she's sinking fast. They know they can't stop us via their arguments or even piles of PR like Fraudy pumps, so they do the usual Indian thing: THEY TRY TO GET RID OF US.

Well, I'd certainly call the FBI and urge them to pursue this matter to the fullest, except for one little thing. Then I'd be worried about facing a hassle myself for FILING A FALSE REPORT! Well, the company I'm founding (right now, not some future dream) has as one of its missions taking business away from the desi drek who are stinking up the industry. I'll even devote some daily FTE just to researching and filing complaints against desi bodyshops. Between the upholding of the Neufeld memo (you dogs did hear about that, right?) and the higher visa fees (which are only the beginning of the crackdown against y'all), I'd have to agree that your days are numbered in this country. Looks like your clock will run out before your green card arrives. Too bad. No desi recruiter has ever seen my resume, and no desi recruiter ever will. WE OWN YOU. india needs the US IT industry in order to stay afloat because you don't actually create anything. You provide subpar cheap labor, nothing more. We cut off the opportunities, Infosys/wipro/tcs et.al will start the slide into failure. They don't create any products - and even when you start to try - it will in all likelyhood be poorly written, buggy second class software. That nobody will buy. Add to that, your past reputation of quality when you were trying to compete with the Americans in the game they created. The world will not be beating down your door to buy apps written by poseurs.
