Now it isn't often that I make a mistake.  But a few years back, I was conned into believing the Hindu BS machine that "best & brightest in the world" came from India.  Boy, was I gravely mistaken.  Even worse was that I defended them on a website www.layoffblog.com (which now is pretty much dead) and in the process caused a lot of the lies told by India Inc to be propagated.

Not a day goes by which I am not haunted by this guilt.  I'm well versed in different areas (science, engineering, medicine, military, pop-culture, etc) and well travelled --- this makes it even more pathetic to have been hoodwinked by a bunch of 70-ish IQ idiots!

And so to atone for my past mistakes, I am joining you in your noble battle to take back your country from these Fraudsters and Criminals.  Now there's nothing wrong being an immigrant IF (1) you are a positive contribution to the host country AND (2) if you don't commit illegal actions that RUINS the lives of the host population!

Now Endians are neither.  (1) They are a NEGATIVE plague with their child-sex, dowry, racism against all non-Endians (whites, orientals, natives, blacks, muslims), bribery, corruption, incompetence, theft and lying.  (2) they ruin the lives of others by causing workers to be FIRED so they themselves are hired as H1-B or GC.

What worse is they pathetic lack of worth ethics AND near-total incompetence (lack of both knowledge, skills & experience) which is going to become the death-kneel of America and Britain (and Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and other areas of high scumbag infestation).

Reading your comments gave me an excellent idea:  

Take your digital camera outside and take photos of these Scumdogs in public.  Then print their faces on placards to use to raise awareness of your plight.  Get the public informed and these scumbags humiliated.  But DON'T use violence, only use legitimate means to educate others of the dangers of 10 MILLION INDIAN FRAUDS & CRIMINALS in your country.

'Cheap imported labor' is not the problem, per se, rather it is 'incompetent, unskilled defrauding by lying sacks of scumbag Indians' that is the REAL PROBLEM, imo.

If you've never been to India, I highly recommend it.  Not because it will be an eye-opening experience (in horrible ways you least expect), but because you the following experiences will permanently etch into your sub-conscious for the rest of your eternity.  So count yourself lucky if you don't experience all of the following:

a) cheated out of your money

b) robbed by a pack of 10-50+ feral hooligans

c) raped (happens to both sexes, just don't ask what they do to you)

d) tortured, mutilated, and killed --- then the Government of India covering it up (research on the Internet the multitude of examples)

I don't know whose idea it was to flood the U.S, UK, EU, and Oz with millions of these scumdogs from India, but as it is now proving, it is the biggest economic disaster since the Great Depression. These people are beyond incompetent - they are outright destructive.

We all know America is and has always been a predominantly white country. "minorities" have always been just that. Most modern industries and inventions come from white Americans. When most people get robbed, outrage and anger is a normal response. America is being plundered by the so-called "minorities". Taking what is not yours is wrong and should be stopped. @PK: The difference between Indians as a minority and American minorities is that the Indians here on H-1Bs and other work visas don't belong here. The entire reason for these visas is false. There is no talent shortage, labor shortage, or any sort of shortage to justify these visas. Their presence here is based on fraud and lies. Heartlander, your argument about the H1-B visas sounds like a red herring.  Plenty of other non-qualified non-white immigrants come into the country and then expect special privileges.  The outrage from the Bay area over the Indians apparently seems to be:

1) They're taking away jobs from highly paid metro liberals.
2) They apparently donated money to Republicans.

I find it hard to sympathize with their plight of being unable to keep up on the mortgage payments for overpriced McMansions when they were so quick to throw working class white males overboard and state their case via praising "single parents" which is really just a cheap euphemism for "unwed mother."  Most criminals come out of unwed mother homes and cost the taxpayers billions to act as substitute husbands.  We'd maybe be better off outsourcing that to India too!

Did anyone catch that Kindler oversaw the sale of the facility in New London?  They sold it off already?  Must not have made national news, but the lawsuit Kelo v New London did.  Remember that one?  It wasn't all that long ago.

The city of New London condemned perfectly good houses so that they could BUILD that Pfizer research facility, using its power of eminent domain to "take" the property for public use.  The fifth amendment requires that any private property taken by the state (which includes the city) must be for a "public use."  Kelo and others owned very nice houses (not blighted) in the area, and sued.  The decision that "economic development" (i.e. more property tax money) was sufficient to qualify as public use was blasted in searing separate dissents by both conservative justice Clarence Thomas AND liberal justice Sandra Day (I would think that only hippies would name a kid 'day', did they even have them back then?) O'Connor.

It was a big todo on the news even before the opinion was published.  And now what has happened to all that "economic development that was the source of so much strife in the Supreme Court?"

The H1-B program is based on a lie. A lie that is destroying the tech industry in this country. With new college graduates suffering from 50% unemployment or more, wouldn't it be great to have a lot of entry level tech jobs for them? Many Universities have downsized or eliminated their computer science programs due to lack of demand. The word is out that I.T. and related fields have been given away to the Indian I.T. consulting industry. No one wants to spend a 100K plus and not get a job (as so many are regretting now).

In the midst of the worst economic downturn since the great depression it's time to get rid of the H1-B program as well as L-1 etc. Give Americans jobs, not a bunch of foreigners with work permits who couldn't care less about us.

As far as the overpaid metro comment, I guess if you live in Nebraska a hundred thousand sounds like a lot, right? Try living on that in NYC. Take a trip there for a weekend and see how much it costs (if you can afford it that is).

As far as overpaid, I can name some bankers getting billions with taxpayer money that are overpaid.

I don't know your motivation for your comments but obviously you don't work in a tech related field so you have no experience with working with H1-B's.

And yes, while we are at it get rid of the illegals as well. My brother had a home remodeling business but had to close it due to competition with illegals. You see, he had a state license, workman's comp, liability, health insurance for his employees. He paid all state and federal taxes. The illegals had no license or insurance. Completely under the table. Now, is this fair? Not only are they illegals for just being here, they continue to break the law each and every day. I often run into Indians who have weird ideas about modern day Native Americans. No we did not kill them all off, no they are not confined to reservations, and no they are not subjected to any sort of legal apartheid. While there are problems on reservations and issues with the accounting and payment of monies due them, the way I have gotten to know Native Americans is as citizens, equals, and even sometimes superiors: professionals holding rank and earning salaries above what I ever will. Professionals with graduate degrees, officials in government, or craftsmen with reputable businesses, and so on.

So, throwing our history at us is a stupid trick that no gora should fall for. That was then, this is now.

Most American IT professionals never earned more than a middle class salary if that. The myth of the six-figure techie doing basic work for high pay should have vanished with the 90s. Most of us never had a McMansion or an SUV or a humungous TV (like me, and I'm a manager).

The American people need to start having an allergic reaction every time the stupid old slurs are trotted out by envious, opportunistic third worlders who see American as one big pot of gold they want a piece of. Obama is not going to recind the H1-B program nor reform the L1 program. Nor will he support Unions or anything else. He supports the big banks, that's it.

Unlike you, I was born here legally under Federal law, and under the U.S. Constitution so I am a legal citizen. And unlike today's slumdogs, my great grandparents came here with a love for America and they wanted to stay here and build America. There were no welfare programs or free hospital emergency rooms to leech off back then. If you wanted something, you had to work for it. You can hardly compare that to all the America-hating Asians who come here today to strip the wealth of America and send it home as they pop out a few more kids to insure the outflow of $ keeps going. America had VERY strict immigration in the early 1900s. Ever heard of Ellis Island? Immigrants were QUARANTINED and LOCKED UP there until it could be determined they were 1) not criminals, 2) had work, 3) didn't have and turd world diseases. Hardly like today where slumdogs who have never lifted a finger can buy a plane ticket, walk off the plane, step into a $150K a year job and ship all the $ home.

Jimmy, please refer to my original and subsequent comments: The original author didn't refer to such people.  He referred specifically, and I quote, "single mothers".  The same bay area left that celebrated the destruction of the nuclear family now is wringing their hands when a new set of "minorities" are demanding special preferential treatment.  That's what I was enjoying.  

For the record, EVERYONE, I agree that we shouldn't be allowing non-citizens to just be able to waltz on in and get special preferential treatment but, then again, I don't think anyone should be getting preferential treatment, even veterans.  Veterans should be taken care of at the government level via programs to assist them with healthcare (especially if they were combat veterans, etc.)  There shouldn't be any special "equality" for ANYONE!

Er, no.  I lean hardways towards the right but don't necessarily care about many right wing positions (such as abortion issues, gay marriage, etc.)  I indicated this when I said that I found it amazing for the author to gripe about "minorites" losing their jobs to _Indians_.  A left winger wouldn't have made such an observation.

Jimmy.  Really?  The Bay area isn't full of liberals?  Listen, I came of age during the late 80's and the dawn of the internet and worked in sili valley.  The people there like to think of themselves as independent thinkers but most are super left wingers who are even more religious about marxism and white male guilt than Catholics are about abortion and meatless fridays!

Many Universities have downsized or eliminated their computer science programs due to lack of demand. The word is out that I.T. and related fields have been given away to the Indian I.T. consulting industry. No one wants to spend a 100K plus and not get a job (as so many are regretting now)."

The same thing is happening with a lot of other jobs that have gone over to China and India such as manufacturing, chemical processing, etc.  This isn't just due to H1-B's but also granola environmental wackos (see, how is that a left wing to say?) who don't want any evil chemicals or manufacturing plants in their neighborhood but gripe that "evil corporations" are "outsourcing".  Even worse, overseas, the jobs often go to men for the silly reason that the men work longer hours and merit.

I'm GLOATING that this mutated chicken is coming home to roost in the same regions that had sold out true working class whites and men.  

Jimmy continues: "In the midst of the worst economic downturn since the great depression it's time to get rid of the H1-B program as well as L-1 etc. Give Americans jobs, not a bunch of foreigners with work permits who couldn't care less about us."

How about this Jimmy?  Give people jobs based upon merit rather than race or gender.

That said, I AM thinking about moving to a cheaper area if only because it makes sense.  Why kill myself to earn six figures, see most of it go away in taxes, and for what?  To get a 30 year mortgage for a townhouse next to people I barely know and who probably have identity political reasons to hate me?

Guess what: TOUGH LUCK.  I can't afford to live in Manhattan.  Fine.  Perhaps they shouldn't be locating so many jobs there!

Obama and pals voted A-ok on that which they always do because as people who live in the former USSR know, croneys are croneys whether they're capitalists or socialists.  They'll slush the money to each other.

Let's try this: I know how to write and compile a C program using make in addition to compiling bourne shell scripts in order to make them unreadable via an ASCII text viewer.

Agreed.  I was addressing the contradiction between these sentiments and the leftist dogma of the original author.

This statement is racist and misleading and wrong.  Let's start with racist and misleading: "as long as they were white".  Er, I guess all those Chinese restaurants in SF were run by whites then!  

The leftist ideology likes to classify whites (especially white males) as all privileged both economically and in terms of visa policy and label all non whites as "minorities" and equate them to african slaves.  Er, no.  Indeed.  How is all that Hispanic immigration for California working out for the golden state?  Do you have magical windmills generating all your power yet?  How about those great cities with low crime rates and increasing numbers of jobs?

And, for the record, plenty of white immigrants were turned back either due to a criminal record or illness.  In addition, they could be deported.  Plus, no welfare or racial hiring preferences (just the opposite.)

I was not intending to imply otherwise.  I was merely responding to this claim: "We haven't taken anything from anyone else who has ever built anything else"  That is clearly untrue.  This moral dilemma has plagued the USA from it's founding and allowed the marxists and leftists to inflict white guilt and even the rediculous notion of white-male guilt upon many in the electorate.

I'm highly amused at how modern middle and upper class white american women compare themselves to former African slaves.  "We couldn't vote!" they whine.  Yeah, and women like you didn't seem to care so much about sexism when they were grabbing those spare seats on the lifeboat or not getting drafted into any wars...  "We couldn't earn as much as a man!"  Waaah!  Yeah, and you gals still expect the man to live up to 1950's Wally Cleaver standards.  

OK, I can see why all the non-white males (women and minorities) like the idea of white male guilt.  In their place, I could hardly blame them.  I can't understand why there are liberal self-hating white males.  Are they taking one for the team to help destroy western civilization so that a marxist utopia can be built?  I fail to see how they think it will look anything like SWEDEN.  Last time I checked, Sweden wasn't full of third worlder's.  Oh, wait, give it time!

This whole H1-B thing may be what's necessary to wake up the cool aid drinking leftists in the bay area.  Then again, I won't get my hopes up.  Anyone who lives there is nuts.  Overpriced and overrated.  FYI, I prefer Georgian wine!
