Rob over at www.outsourcedandhomeless.com has some great posts about his new gig:

"...On my left is a little Indian woman with the thickest accent I have ever heard. It was a strange accent to me – very different from Hindi or Hindustani. I guess she was from a different part of India. All I know is that she was on the phone all day, 3’ away from me on my left, and smelled like a sub sandwich (why, I will never know considering she was a vegetarian). She has since gone back to India to work remotely..."

"...All of the people in this complex are pretty much IT people, supporting this gigantic infrastructure. Within five minutes of Day 1 – observation: All Indians. It is not an exaggeration to say that 75% of ALL of the people in this place are Indian. Not a single one was born here. They are all foreign born. A smattering may be citizens but, by and large, they are all HI-B or Green cards. In the three months since I have started, I have seen thousands of Indians while I have seen perhaps 10 African Americans and 10 Hispanic Americans. The remaining 24-25% are Caucasian and Asian. This is to say nothing of the thousands upon thousands of Indians in the email distribution lists, threads, virtual meeting rooms, instant message chats, who are actually IN India. I thought I had seen it all at my prior jobs but this place is so shockingly biased towards this demographic that it surprises me that they can get away with it. I suppose that the minority quotas are arranged so that all minorities are lumped together..."

Don't worry Rob.  The Insurgency will stage a raid soon in your curry den and have a massive sit-in until all the slumdogs are gone.  We will bring ICE and the media, and demand that all those guest workers get the fuck out.  We will bring unemployed American techies from all over the country and demand that the treasonous company you work for abide by OSHA and DOL rules, and we will file a massive amount of civil rights complaints with the DOJ.  Keep sending those videos from the inside!

THERE WILL BE RETRIBUTION

Isn't the US already screwed up so bad that a bill to protect US workers would do more harm ?

Why can't all the H1-B jobs be re-advertised every year so Americans can replace

The so called outrage against outsourcing is nothing more than  political posturing and gimmicks. If the anger is so widespread, as claimed by some dimwits, why is Ohio governor trailing in opinion polls? He should have been re-elected unopposed by this time! The online petition against NBC's Outsourced (peddled on TR's site) is struggling to achieve the flimsy target of 1000 signatures, that too after two months.

Don't think for one second this bill's defeat will stop the American people. You are right about the bankers controlling everything part, it's perhaps their agenda to depress the wages in USA leading more people to borrow more from them to sustain their lifestyles, thereby becoming a debt slaves to them forever, not just them, perhaps even their future generations.

Most of the PR propaganda unsurprisingly, for that reason, comes from bureaus associated with these big bankers, or the one's that have members from these banks on their director's list.

A Rutgers University freshman, distraught over a gay tryst splashed live across cyberspace by his roommate, plunged to his death from the George Washington Bridge.

"Jumping off the gw bridge sorry," read the final Facebook status from Tyler Clementi, just 72 hours after his private life suddenly became public knowledge.

The 18-year-old committed suicide after his dorm-room rendezvous was surreptitiously streamed on the Web via his roomie's hidden camera, sources told the Daily News.

The student who broadcast the liaison, and the friend who was with him, were arrested while Clementi's family waited for his body to be found.

"His poor parents," one police source said. "Shame is a terrible thing."

The quiet redhead, a scholarship student and skilled violinist, apparently asked roommate Dharun Ravi, 18, for some privacy on Sept. 19.

Bhrigu, over the course of several months at Michigan, had meticulously and systematically sabotaged the work of Heather Ames, a graduate student in his lab, by tampering with her experiments and poisoning her cell-culture media. Captured on hidden camera, Bhrigu confessed to university police in April and pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of personal property, a misdemeanour that apparently usually involves cars: in the spaces for make and model on the police report, the arresting officer wrote "lab research" and "cells". Bhrigu has said on multiple occasions that he was compelled by "internal pressure" and had hoped to slow down Ames's work. Speaking earlier this month, he was contrite. "It was a complete lack of moral judgement on my part," he said.

"Hey James fucktard! where in the report you cited does it say Indian engineers were involved ? I know you and the tunnel guy are retarded but this is just stretching it too much. Don't you think so ?"

No, I don't think. The pattern is very clear: aircraft builders build reliable planes for 60 years using western engineers. Western aircraft builders outsource work to India (especially software work), planes start falling out of the sky when the computer turns off the autopilot for no reason.

Use a little logic slumdog: cause and effect: sending the work to India results in problems and severe problems at that. Let these companies keep sending work to India to 'save money' - I hope they like all the money they lose when they get SUED. Not only is AirBus being sued but Boeing is being sued by ANA for LATE DELIVERY of the 787. Why? Because Rolls Royce (which sent the engine design work to INDIA failed to deliver working engines on time).

Keep dreaming maderchod - companies are waking up to the Indiots, Inc. failures and are brining the work back. So let AirBus go down the tandoori rathole - all it will do is hurt their business and help Boeing. At least America can and Europe can build airplanes. India doesn't even have a domestic manufacturer of airplanes. Why not? You guys are supposed to be so much better engineers than westerners. LOL. Face it, India failed again. Obviously if they sent work to India, then INDIANS ARE WORKING ON IT.

What I want you to consider now are the following:

The Challenger Crash  (American engineering LOL)
Space Shuttle Columbia Disaster (American engineering LOL) - with 300 H-1Bs working at NASA. In fact, NASA has gone into serious decline since hiring 3000 H-1Bs. The 25% scientsists @ NASA you Indiots always claim have produced the biggest failure record in the past 12 years - more mission failures than from 1960-1993 - 33 years. Columbia, failed Atlas IV launch, TWO failed Mars missions because you morons did the calculations using metric units instead of English units. NASA had to send the the Spirit and Opportunity work to the U of AZ where it was worked on by ALL AMERICANS and were both an ASTOUNDING SUCCESS. So don't say NASA maderchod - supposedly it's NASA that is full of Indian scientists now so it's YOUR FAULT, not ours.

As for Challenger - that was a political mistake - not a technical one - the ship was launched outside its design parameters (temperatue) due to a political decision because of the teacher in space. Even airplanes get de-iced. If I fly a plane in cold weather without de-icing, it's going to crash too moron.

But unlike Challenger, the Quantas near-accident was caused by a SOFTWARE MALFUNCTION that simply turned the auto-pilot off when it shouldn't have - software written FOR AIRBUS IN INDIA when it offshored all its work there.

So you can hardly compare Challenger which was a human error to some slumdog crap software that turns the autopilot OFF for no reason when it SHOULDN'T. As for Columbia, well, you Indiots are at the helm of NASA now you must have caused it. 25% of all NASA scientists are Indian we keep hearing - guess it's your fault. Another India, Inc. FAIL.

"Those just were at the top of my head. If you want more examples I can find them for you assholes. For every  Indian failure I can get you at least 10 comparable American failures. You guys are fucking pathetic that it is not even funny."

Go ahead and find them and get back to me when you do. The fact is before 1998 America and the west never experienced these kinds of SYSTEM failures because we had already mastered them over decades but then mud-puddle, poop in the river INDIA comes along with NO EXPERIENCE, NO TRACK RECORD, and NO SKILLS and starts screwing up the west so that it now is dysfunctional just like India. Thanks a lot for messing up a booming economy slumdog. You're responsible and you know it.

Most of the American failures can be traced to Indiots, Inc. - with NASA being one of the most visible.

Face it - you people suck and can't do anything that works properly.

There is no proof that Western companies, who were building reliable planes, have suddenly stopped doing so. And that too because of Indian employees! As I have said earlier, a lot of companies either employ H1Bs or outsource work to India. That does not mean that their real or perceived failures are linked to Indians. Mere flights of fancy cannot establish this cause effect relationship. Boeing 787 is struggling because of issues from a variety of suppliers across the globe. Failure of Rolls Royce engines has nothing to do with Indians. Let's think about this: if a dwarf named James knows so much about 'destructive' H1B's, then corporations around the world must also know this so called truth. Yet Airbus is the latest one to hike staff in India. This clearly means that the gibberish coming from scribd book and peddled by nuts has no buyers!

BigRetard,

"There is no proof that Western companies, who were building reliable planes, have suddenly stopped doing so."

Let's see AirBus plane falls out of the sky because autopilot module slumdogs worked on failed, 787 delayed 5 times due to HCL banned software and delyaed Rolls Royce engines. 12/25/05 nationwide airport shutdown because ComAir's 100% Indian IT staff used a short when they should have used an int. The list goes on and on. You cannot deny the cause-effect relationship. All the proof we need is that Indiot boasters who claim they are the best in the world keep having a trail of failures sneaking up behind them on every project they work on.

"And that too because of Indian employees!"

Who else would have worked on Rolls Royce engine work sent to India? Scandanaivians? How about AirBus work sent to India? Ecuadorans? Give me a break. You have to be an Indian citizen to work in India, so we know Indiots are at fault when WORK GETS SENT TO INDIA.

"As I have said earlier, a lot of companies either employ H1Bs or outsource work to India. That does not mean that their real or perceived failures are linked to Indians."

Then who does it point to. IBM sends a lot of work to India. He's a picture inside IBM India:

www.nytimes.com/.../05ibm.html?_r=1

How many NON-Indians do you see in that picture. What is wrong with Indiots' logical reasoning ability? Work goes to India means Indians worked on it. India is not open to foreign workers like America is, so why would anyone thing non-Indians worked on it? Come on. You're not making any logial arguments here.

"Mere flights of fancy cannot establish this cause effect relationship."

No, but FACTS can - facts like work being sent to India and failing, or FAA telling Boeing to fire HCL because its work was terrible. Face it, the evidence is everywhere.

"Boeing 787 is struggling because of issues from a variety of suppliers across the globe."

Many of which are Indian - HCL failed and banned on ES software. Rolls Royce fails to deliver engines that work on time.

"Failure of Rolls Royce engines has nothing to do with Indians."

Then who does it have to do with? Rolls sent the engine design work to India. The engines are late and don't work. Who else worked on them? Eskimos? Rolls never had a single problem like this when the engines were made in the west.

"Let's think about this: if a dwarf named James knows so much about 'destructive' H1B's, then corporations around the world must also know this so called truth."

Yes, they do, but in the interest of keeping world peace and appeasing nuclear-armed India, companies are being told to send work there anyway. Even Boeing admitted it was ORDERED to send 25% of all its work to India. The developed world is basically appeasing a job-hungry and angry India which needs the west's jobs and technology to stay afloat. Businesses in the west have been ordered to send work there in order to give Indiots jobs - whether or not they can do them. Businesses see 25% loss as a small price to pay in order to avoid a nuclear war with backwards and angry India. It's called appeasement and that is exactly what is going on.

"Yet Airbus is the latest one to hike staff in India."

And AirBus is the only one to have the autopilot switched off for no reason and the plane plunge 650 feet.

"This clearly means that the gibberish coming from scribd book and peddled by nuts has no buyers!"

Name calling gets you nowhere. The evidence has been proven. In countless cases. Even some moronic American politicians are starting to realize the truth and ban offshoring and brining even simple jobs like call centers back to USA.

Sorry BigRetard, game over and you know it.

There is absolutely no information out there which states that Indians are somehow solely responsible for Boeing's delays or Airbus planes hitting air pockets(LOL). "'A typical American employee,' complains BofA, 'demands a high salary, good benefits, a good work environment, vacation time, and other job-related perks.' Such problems are solved with BofA's patent-pending methodology, which eliminates 'demanding work force' problems by identifying another country for a corporation to relocate its work force to."

Wow, an Interesting “flash piece” of news regarding Citicorp and some dude named Vikram Pandit.( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vikram_Pandit) Citicorp CEO.

It seems that these people have been sued by homeowners in Kentucky for allegedly conspiring with Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. to falsely foreclose on loans.

Here is a link to the Bloomberg article:
www.bloomberg.com/.../...ering-over-mortgages.html

I am curious; does this mean that elements (including foreign nationals) are conspiring to steal the homes of American Citizens through conspiracy and fraud?  Any substantive information to me (the uninformed) would be most appreciated!

Thanks,

Rob

Thanks for tip, Rob.  I've always said that offshoring and the rampant use of cheap foreign labor by the banks helped cause the sub-prime mortgage disaster.

BigRetard,

"More nonsense from James based on the junk scribd book. Comair shutdown of 2005 was because of old software."

Really? Then why didn't it ever cause a problem before the 100% Indiot IT staff got its hands on it? You've been reading too much Wikipedia which didn't even mention the actual code error:

www.travelkb.com/.../Article-Comair-Downed-By-Computer-Counting-Limit

Sorry, but this system worked for decades with storms and holidays and never had a problem. It was only after ComAir hired 100% Indian IT that this problem surfaced. You lose again. You can say Indiots had nothing to do with it, but there's that pesky fact again - a collapse that happens right after Indiots take over.

"He is just lying that it happened because of 100% Indian IT staff. There is no proof and it is just a laughable claim."

On the day of the outage I visited ComAir's website and was shocked to find that they actually listed the names of the people in the ComAir IT dept. and every last name was Indian. 100%. The system worked for decades before. Why the sudden failure? If it was merely "old" then at the very least the Indiots working there did not make an adequate assesment of what was needed to keep the software current. But we all know it was because they used a short when they should have used a long.

"Comair also had crashes in 1997 and 1979. Now who will be blamed for that?"

Dunno but one plane crash can hardly be compared to all the major airports in the U.S. shutting down due to one airline's mistakes. Individual crashes could have been mechanical failure, maintenence, crew error. Who knows. But to shut down the entire U.S. airport system because someone didn't know the most rudimentary C programming is pretty bad - even for some CS college kid.

"There is absolutely no information out there which states that Indians are somehow solely responsible for Boeing's delays or Airbus planes hitting air pockets(LOL)."

Who said anything about solely? But mainly. The ES software and engines I would say are a pretty darn big part of a plane. And we know for a fact that 1) HCL worked on the ES and the FAA fired them and 2) Rolls sent the engine work to India and the engines are late. And those are just the ones we heard about.

"To back up the lies, more silly theories are being floated like companies being forced to send work to India, bankers wanting US workers to remain unemployed etc.
These delusional rants are quite entertaining, but that's where their significance ends."

Bankers jealous of American IT people:

www.independent.co.uk/.../...lly-sucks-694089.html

Boeing forced 25% of work to be outsourced:

www.dailyfinance.com/.../

You know and I know what happened: India acquired ICBM launch capability in 1997 via China when Clinton signed the tech export waivers. Before that India could not get a missle off the ground. Once India had nuclear tipped missiles aimed at the U.S. they blackmailed the U.S. into giving India jobs. China probably did the same thing. So the U.S. gov't went around telling major companies they HAD to start sending work to India in order to appease it. UK, which India has a long griveance with did the same. Both economies are now in ruins. Hardly "keeping the economy going" as India promised in '98.

In fact, at the time, one U.S. Congressperson said when asked why American jobs were being given to India: "India has 1 billion people and nuclear weapons".

Case closed.

Delsman,

"I am curious; does this mean that elements (including foreign nationals) are conspiring to steal the homes of American Citizens through conspiracy and fraud?  Any substantive information to me (the uninformed) would be most appreciated! "

Of course they are. Pandit the Bandit is in the dirver's seat for one reason: to transfer America's wealth to India. First he laid off 45,000 Americans and offshored all the work to - you guessed it - India. Next he got $40 billion in the 1st bailout and then $45 billion in the second one. The market cap of the whole companyat the time wasn't more than $6 billion. Why did Citi need $85 billion?

Answer: not just because of remoddleing: Pandit the Bandit was shipping those billions offshore into India's banks. It's just national wealth theft. I believe he also hired Indiots for several key roles at the company. Foreign CEOs shouldn't be allowed to run American companies unless they can make the company massively profitable without needing a taxpayer bailout. Citi almost went under due to theft, plain and simple. It used to have the most secure balance sheet of any American bank before Pandit got his slimy hands on it.

I bet we will see Pandit the Bandit go to jail for some fraud before it's all over.

@BigR

You need to stop drumming your shit here and go look elsewhere to do the same, what James and Tunnel Rat have been posting here are obvious facts, and you can't overlook them. It's because a lot of work has been outsourced recently to companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Patni and other butthole companies like that, we see a lot of disasters on a massive scale. It's a known fact that employees of such companies have no care for either the quality of the product they deliver or the reputation of their client at stake, all they are bothered about is making those dollars to pay for their house and expensive car(which they didn't need in the first place).

You must be one of those, someone from those companies that tries to come here, and yet ridicule this nation, a nation which is paying for the very food you put on your table. Even if someone calls me a Slumdog here, it's okay, a lot of them have sullied the reputation of honest Indians to such a degree that some hostility towards people of my race is expected after all, I would atleast live in peace knowing the fact that I would always love this nation, and believe that it's made me the man I am today. I bet you don't feel that way either.

And, oh yeah, Vikram Pandit has been one of the worst CEO's ever, little wonder that, whether he's an India or not, is not the question, he has failed, that's it.

@James

www.nowpublic.com/.../eight-ceos-grilled-congress-tarp-funds

On Feb. 11, the House Financial Services Committee chaired by Representative Barney Frank (D-Mass.) asked eight CEOs who received the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP)  funds in the fall of 2008, to explain how their share of the $350 billion distributed from the first installment of the program was being used.

Critics of the program complained that there were few requirements imposed on recipients of the TARP funds, therefore failing to boost lending significantly and preventing home foreclosures.

The following CEOs whose biggest banks had accepted the TARP funds in 2008.

NP readers can read each CEO's prepared statement here. The length of Mr. Pandit's text exceeded the sum of the other seven CEOs' statements, as he appeared to be the most contrite.

Mr. Lloyd C. Blankfein, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Goldman Sachs & Co.
Mr. James Dimon, Chief Executive Officer, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
Mr. Robert P. Kelly, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Bank of New York Mellon
Mr. Ken Lewis, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Bank of America
Mr. Ronald E. Logue, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, State Street Corporation
Mr. John J. Mack, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Morgan Stanley
Mr. Vikram Pandit, Chief Executive Officer, Citigroup
Mr. John Stumpf, President and Chief Executive Officer, Wells Fargo & Co.

This Committee hearing gave these CEOs the opportunity to defend their institutions and images as these banks had accepted the TARP funds in 2008.  It also gave the Committee the opportunity to call the bankers to the carpet for misusing the taxpayers' money.

... which meant that taxpayers are funding the destruction of American jobs.

Even a low I.Q. Indian can figure that one out!

Hey BigR,

Looks like Indians are already fleeing America:

www.youtube.com/watch

It's obvious that India has robbed America while producing very little value. Indiots are living like kings on $ earned by Americans. Not to mention jobs in industries created by Americans.

And now they all want to go home.

@G

Jeez, I am so scared now, lol, well you can google my name all you want, so what? I am pointing out what's obvious, I am not supporting or opposing every statement that James or Tunnel Rat make, if they make some statements, it's because they got the freedom of speech to do so, don't like it, don't read it, simple.

Also, I am not an American, I am a desi here working as a guest worker, just like you or the millions of other desis who do so. Also, I would rather be a bitch of a highly educated and innovative White man rather than to someone who doesn't even know what he's upto. Btw, everyone is someone's bitch anyway, if you are employee, you are your company's bitch, and if you are a businessman, you are the local customer's and the govt's bitch. So yeah no thanks but your post didnt' make proper sense to me
