A major shitstorm has errupted over TechCruch after Madhu Yarlagadda, who was hired by Skype as Chief Development Officer by Skype last month, had his bur ki chatani wife send a threat of legal action against TechCrunch if it would not remove comments critical of this slumdog.  Skype promptly shitcanned Madhu after they found out that he was trying to get anybody and anybody to flood TechCrunch with bullshit comments designed to him make him look good.

Now, after getting fucked over by another slumdog in the CrunchPad debacle, Michael Arrington should know better that to expect nothing but primitive, tribal behavior from a feral jackal like bahen chod Madhu Yarlagadda and his wife, who wrote this illiterate Hinglish threat:

One of your blog has total misinformation/lies that are being fed on a daily basis since July 6th, it will likely warrant legal action. We want to get in touch with your contact person before the situation escalates further.

As I am ROFL LMAO as a see another example upper-caste threats, I am reminded of Apex Technology Group's bogus attacks, written in the same Hinglish manner.

WTF is wrong with these people?  Why do they come to this country, and then expect to inject their vile culture into our world?  If someone posts shit on an blog, the best way to promote that shit (as Apex has found out) is to:

a.  Have your slumdog wife write a legal threat in Hinglish

b.  Blast an email to everyone you know asking them to shill for you

Thank god Skype has the sense to realize that they were dealing with a upper-caste scumbag, and shitcanned this bahen chod before he could begin his mission of ethnically cleansing non-Indians at Skype.

And here's what really goes on in India. So much for 'gloablization' - that only applies to America.

www.channelnewsasia.com/.../.html

They want to protect their own local labor markets from competition but want to be allowed to continue to destroy the local labor markets in the US. Slumdog firms like Wipro, Tata, etc. can come in here and take over, but they won't let our large retailers in because it might wipe out their local workforce.

Can't have it both ways, Indiots.

Skype is an awesome company with smart people. Like Apple, they won't put up with the Indian Mafia's antics. Since these scumbag slumdogs never produce anything, but are only interested in the prestige of IT positions and the money they can grift out of the companies they work at, smart companies won't go near them. And when they do, it never lasts long because the slummies are all faking frauds who couldn't swap bytes if they had to.

This clown was just another angry, desperate desi who wants a prestigious IT job in management so he can take over and replace all the productive workers with his cronies. Too bad for him his congame didn't work out at Skype. Hopefully he got flushed all the way back to the sewer in India where he belongs so that he can't do any more damage to the west.

Like I said, in the end, India, Inc. will fail. It has to. Why? Because all the companies they touch die. Sooner or later (and I think it's already sooner), smart companies will get the connection between hiring slummies and massive corporate failure.

By very definition, any company taken over and staffed by slummies dies. It's kind of a Darwinian process of evolution: the desi-polluted companies become sick and die, the western-staffed ones thrive and boom (just ask Apple).

So eventually, the only companies that will be left in operation will be the ones that DON'T hire slummies. That means WE will have all the jobs and they will have NONE. And they will have nowhere to turn, just like this loser who was sent packing by SKYPE.

Hence, it's just a matter of time until INDIA, INC. IS OVER. In fact, as this article shows, IT'S ALREADY HAPPENING.

Indiots can't make a go of IT anymore. BWAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!

PeopleSoft, Sun Micro, Bell Labs (Arun Netravalli - head, closed, turned into a shopping mall), Quark (Alukah Kamar CEO, fired), Skype (Madhu Yarlagadda fired), MIT Media Lab Asia (canceled), Intel Whitefield processor project (cancelled, Indian staff canned), Apple R&D CLOSED in India in 2006, ComAir reservation system, Boeing Dreamliner ILS and collision detection software (written by HCL), Lehman (Spectramind software bought by Wipro, ruined, trashed by slumdog programmers), Dell, United, Delta call centers (closed in India because Premji's conmen don't even know how to use telephones, let alone computers), HSBC ATMs (software taken over by Indians, failed in 2006), AIG (signed outsourcing deal in 2007 in Europe with Accenture Indian frauds, collapsed in 2009), State of Indiana $867 million FAILED IBM project, World Bank (Indian fraudsters BANNED for 3 years because they stole data). I could post the whole list here but I don't want to crash any servers.

This was unsustainable, put unacceptable pressure on our public services and, in some areas of Britain, led to increased social tensions amongst communities. This is why the current government wants to reduce net immigration to the levels we saw in the 1990s — tens of thousands each year, not hundreds of thousands."

James, that is interesting about the Darwinian aspects of all this. Too bad it took so much time to become obvious even to the most dunderheaded managers (and a few  of them still don't see it, see Forbes and Businessweek). A lost decade in which older American talent got put out by the curb on trash day and young American talent, seeing this, got scared away from tech and STEM as a whole. But we will still win, because Americans don't age like third worlders. We can reinvent ourselves and recoup our losses at almost any age. We don't have the short shelf life of third world workers where something, anything must be done to winnow the herd just to keep from being overwhelmed by the mass of bodies.

It is amusing to see an orgy of self-congratulation among insurgent sissies over the imagined destruction of some Yarlaguda guy. According to 'insurgents', there are millions of slumdogs. So it is easy to find hundreds who you fault for various things. If careers of all of them are destroyed, so what? If 1000 out of 3 million are fired and are now unemployed, remaining 2,999,000 are still very much in business. The insurgency will roll over and die before even 10% of those are impacted. LOL!

I have a feeling that this Yarlaguda guy, no matter how political and how incompetent, would still find a decent job pretty soon. I have no doubt that he will replace some nicompoop like James or Drifter or Heartlander. That will be very good for American IT industry in the long run.

Now US Chamber of Commerce is quietly lobbying (with those who matter ) for what they call 'market based H1B cap'. They are even highlighting immigrants, especially of Indian, Chinese variety, who have contributed to success of Google, Apple etc. I am not saying this you stupid punks, it is the American industry speaking. The US CoC piece is being paraded around by the indian lobbyists and squatters who don't want to leave. But of course you're going to promote this propaganda.

This isn't new. This is just more of the same, the latest ploy in trying to put out the flames. It's always so predictable -  protectionism. Or Racism. Or Xenophobia. Or we're afraid of competition. Or all the indians will leave and the IT industry will fail. Or the US will ultimately suffer because we're not welcoming enough of the 'best and brightest' (who are selected by lottery BTW). Or beware 'india rising'. Or the US is lazy. Or we need to update our skills. Geez - The excuses go on and on and on.

Somewhere along the line the indian bodyshopping racket switched gears from filling spots to help where US workers can't be found (which in itself is another snowjob, but anyway) to the belief that they are some sort of actual high tech industry and they are an irreplaceable part of technology.

Behold; written by one of your own - that actually gets it: (caps added for emphasis)

"The other ground on which prolonged and generous government support can be justified is that the industry is a technology leader and furthers India's push into high-technology exports. This is an area where EVIDENCE IS THIN and unanimity is LACKING. The industry argues that even though it is a services exporter, it has over the years moved up the value chain and into higher-margin, high-technology areas, rather than surviving on the legacy of cheap, skilled labour that the Nehruvian import-substituting strategy has left behind.

However, while all of the industry cannot be dismissed as a high-tech sweat shop exporting cheap skills through actual (H1B visa-based) or digital migration, there are a number of features of the industry that are disconcerting, given its LIFESPAN and the support it has garnered from the government. To start with, while the technology issue remains UNRESOLVED and the claims of high- or low-technology dominance remain UNPROVEN, it is true that there are VERY FEW software product markets where the Indian industry has found a foothold and even fewer proprietary products in which it commands a significant market share. India is a SERVICE PROVIDER and matters in products only as A SUPPLIER OF HIRED ENGINEERING SUPPORT. Second, the industry has, in recent times, been characterised by a much faster growth of the BPO segment, which on no account can be considered a high-technology area.

Third, the U.S. still accounts for around 60 per cent of the industry's exports and the United Kingdom for around 18 per cent, making the industry extremely vulnerable to developments in specific markets. And finally, as is evident from the current controversy over the visa fee hike, the industry is still SIGNIFICANTLY DEPENDENT on onsite delivery of services using CHEAP Indian staff rather than more expensive local workers, making it susceptible to changes of the recent kind in rules governing the movement of temporary workers."

So, in review, india does not produce products or even hold a semi-significant marketshare. Hired help. That's all. The US Government is making moves to discourage the corps from utilizing foreign workers. Visa fee hikes. Workplace checks. Turnarounds at the airport. Politicians are using the outsourcing issue as a running platform. Spin all you want about what MAY happen, but there is no denying there is action being taken NOW. And it's not to your benefit.

If indian technology were proven and there was established marketshare for superior or even mildly competitive products from south asia, there may be a case for 'let the market decide'. But there isn't anything to go on. No track record, no supporting evidence. Despite these '15 patents'.

US CoC lobbying efforts = paper tiger.

"That will be very good for American IT industry in the long run."

We've been hearing that for 12 years now and so far you have been nothing but very bad for the IT industry in the long run as the economy is now showing. How long do you expect America to wait for you to create a 90s-style boom the way we Americans did? Are 2 decades enough or will you need 100 years to do it? LOL. You people are pathetic losers who destroy every company you touch out of ego. You delude yourselves into thinking you are the best but when it comes time to deliver, you can't.

"Now US Chamber of Commerce is quietly lobbying (with those who matter ) for what they call 'market based H1B cap'. They are even highlighting immigrants, especially of Indian, Chinese variety, who have contributed to success of Google, Apple etc."

Do you mean the same CoC that is paid by NASSCOM and Wipro to hype India and the same CoC that represents big business interests whose only concern is more dirt cheap slave labor that they can kick around? Yeah, like we're going to believe their PR.

And can you point us to some proof of these immigrants the CoC is highlighting from Apple? There are maybe 1 or 2 who actually do anything there. But Apple's workforce is less than 3% foreigners according to DOL LCAs. Sorry, facts don't fit with your propaganda.

"I am not saying this you stupid punks, it is the American industry speaking."

Or India, Inc. PR.

"I am sure insurgent trolls can find the link to this report , if not come to me for the link."

Send us the link to the PR (er, I mean 'report').

"I really think the powerful groups are allied against these dummy insurgents and they stand no chance. Just see how the histrionics of Ron Paul crowd ended in a whimper. That's the future of this insurgency crap."

Keep dreaming. We're obviously having an impact or else you wouldn't be wasting your time on some blog defending your countrymen. Why are you worried enough to come here if we're going out with a wimper? A block of 20-30 pissed of intelligent Americans is a group large enough not to be ignored in America.

Like I said, Darwinism will take over in the end: all the companies that hire slumdogs will die, those who don't will thrive. So your days are numbered no matter how much CoC PR you pump out.

If his skills are outdated then how is he able to write modern iPhone apps and Mac OS X apps? Can you name one iPhone programming book or Cocoa programming book written by an Indian? You do know James is writing one for APRESS, don't you? No, you can't. Because they have no idea what they are doing. There are extremely few razor sharp Indian programmers - just wannabes. No patent was ever filed on anti-spam by its inventors because 1) they didn't have the $ at the time (a bootstraped company), 2) the company was forced out of business by a lawsuit from Creative Labs - an ASIAN company who was just looking for a free meal by suing someone over the name.

I think you just went by the display of my country, guess what, no matter how much I make, or how many idiots like you I replace, I will still be an Indian at heart, suck on that.

Coming to Iphone programming, I don't care if it's the hottest IT technology in the world right now, because I don't do programming, a turd like you is incapable of understanding that there are some fields in research which creatures like you can't quite comprehend, research in pharma is one such thing, so better go to your daddy and find out what it is, you will never be able to understand such complicated things. Coming to getting turned back at the airport, guess what, I hold a US Green Card and have recently applied for a citizenship, which I am more than sure I will get. Guess what's laughing all the way to the bank now, hahahahahaha

Good try shameless turd, better luck next time homie
