I love trolling on Desi and Slumdog sites. It is so revealing.

Re: What will happen to desi companies where 100% are H1 employee
by ithinampassi on Apr 25, 2009 12:58 AM

They are already in trouble. All the desi companies who are engaged in fraud business is already started getting the heat. My friend got a knock on his door(he was on H1) from FBI and aksed about his company and how do they treat him.

This is happeneing all across america...

Our desis did it. They messed up the system for money...

Now all the dice ads changed to US Citizen or Green Card holders only...

Desis can not do their petty bargain and go by 6 layers to make 2cents /hour on a consultant... Can not do the stupid business anymore by bringing a zero experienced techie from India and sell him for $20.00 and make $80 profit out of him...and change him 12 jobs when gets fired and finally make him a good programmer till he finds another techie for $20.00....

This is ridiculous... To my knowledge a 80% Hyderabad based companie involved in this....

Re: Problem is not just H1-B

when a company intends to hire a skilled worker in March, some how do not find any American worker, he has the choice to hire a H1B worker. Then he will file the petition to sponsor a candidate for H1B Visa, but that will be effective only in October, what shall the company do till that time (almost 6 months), wait till the candidate gets his visa stamped and then join the company here??

Thats where the IT consulting companies come in to picture, they can provide the resource as and when required by the company. The law should be applicable to the companies intend to hire consultants, not on the consulting firms. I agree there are many firms taking advantages of the system loop holes, ICE is already working on those firms.

I dont know why many of you are ( who seems came here through the h1b program itself)shouting against the consulting firms, when you are the guys who make the choice to come through them to fulfill your american dream

Let us put a stop to Lakky Reddis

This is good. As it will stop all Lakki Bali reddys and of his type
who spoiled all the Desi status here.

Lakki reddy recently came ouf o
jail. He brought in poor girls from his village on H1 and was using them for his
physical needs. They put him in jail when one of the girls died of an accident.

His hotel Pasant in Bay area had all waiters in H1 Visa. Most of them
came for IT jobs....

See what happened. These senators make sense..
Even the real IT people got screwed up here because of idots like this.

Not surprising. 25% of Indians have been molested. Check out the http://escapefromindia.wordpress.com/ blog.

That's all for now.

Out.
