Fellow Insurgent Donna Conroy at Bright Future Jobs is leading a rally in Palo Alto on Aug. 27th 2011 to protest the ethnic cleansing at the hands of the IOR (Indian Outsourcing Regime) and the high-tech junta.  Here are the details:

On August 27th, Bright Future Jobs and Black Economic Council (BEC) will lead a rally to put Americans Back to Work at the Apple Computer Retail Store in Palo Alto, CA. located at 451 University Ave. The protest will begin sharply at 11:45 AM.

Please join us and let Steve Jobs and Sergey Brin know that you want them to show that they care as much about America as you do.

As the American Jobs Crisis deepens, Bright Future Jobs and the Black Economic Council aren't just talking -- we're rallying--and we already have press coverage lined up!

Raise your voice with us on August 27th, and demand that Apple and Google take a leadership role in Silicon Valley and sign the following Pledge to America:

  1. Recruit Americans FIRST. Have their contractors and developers do the same.
  2. Use HR Recruiters based in the US
  3. Freeze Off-shore Projects
  4. Start Planning to repatriate US jobs
  5. Show their EEO Data to San Jose Mercury News

Why are Apple, Google, Yahoo, Applied Materials and Oracle hiding their EEO hiring data from the San Jose Mercury News? What don't they want the public to see? As the American Jobs Crisis deepens, America needs to know what is really happening to hiring practices within our borders.

James Otto, the lawyer representing the IT professionals displaced from Molina, will be there and speaking to the press, along with Donna Conroy, our director.  Yolanda Lewis, a former software engineer will represent the BEC.

If you can't join us physically, how about joining us in spirit? We've had to borow to cover expenses and desperately need professionally printed posters like the one above to convey that we are serious about representing IT professionals in this fight to restore the American economy.

Any
contribution you can share will do wonders for turning around the juggernaut of job loss.

The team at BFJ,

Donna C., Mike R, Brendan K., Baxter S., Barbara M., Barbara G., John R.

www.brightfuturejobs.com

While I am sure that this will be a peaceful protest, at the same time the rest of us hard-core insurgents will continue to seek retribution in our own special way, such as:

1.  Hunting down Desi douchebag and former Molina CIO (and current ACS exec) Amir P. Desai at his home in Rancho Palos Verdes, California and having a demonstration to protest his campaigns of occupational aparthied at Molina and ACS.

2.  Slashing tires of collaboratores and delivering cow heads to the lobby of Curry Den Qualcomm in San Diego.

3.  Surrounding the West Coast headquarters of Infosys in Fremont and demanding to see the visa documents and LCAs of all the slumdogs working at 6607 Kaiser Drive.

4.  Incorporating Anonymous-like tactics to take down and infiltrate the web sites of NASSCOM, USINPAC, TiE and every fuckin' Desi bodyshop in New Jersey.

5.  Publishing the personal information of collaborators in corporate America who are displacing US workers with scabs from HCL/Tata/Infosys/Patni/[pick one].

Happy hunting, Insurgents.

Some of you may know that I recently had to take my site down after Operation Honey Pot, where I locked down the site and was working with the Feds to track down the feral creeps that had been trying to hack my server and use it to send phony death threats.  I've been working with them and some volunteers to cull through the logs and pursue criminal and civil charges against my enemies.  These things take forever, but I will keep you posted.  What I do know is that a lot of the suspicious traffic comes from the domains of some American universities and large companies -- the exact places that are flooded with slumdogs.

Without going into too much detail, one of the attacks involved a fake email that was traced back to me.  This email involved some sort of "threat" that was later deemed to not be a threat by the Joint Terrorism Task Force, the same folks that dropped the ball on the Ft. Hood massacre.  Evidently, these guys at the JTTF are too busy harassing bloggers like me or a tea-bagger who writes letters to his congressmen to mess with a jihadist posing as a major in the U.S. Army.  That is the way Al-Quada and NASSCOM like it -- middle-aged white men cowering in fear of FBI surveillance while their agents commit crimes against Americans.  You can read about how the DHS wants to go after vets here, as opposed to tracking down homicidal maniacs in the Army and cyber-terrorists from India entrenched in our corporations and colleges.

What was strange was that the email address that the agent mentioned was one that I HAVE NEVER USED.  It was from the freebie email account that my ISP gives you when you sign up.  It had my first initial, my last name, and the domain of the ISP mail server.  When I finally logged into that account, I saw that I had one email -- from my ISP in 2008.  I even had to retrieve the password.

So this would indicate that this was an inside job by a slumdog at my ISP, which according to www.endh1b.com, hired a few H-1Bs.  That is the world we live in know -- if you make an enemy of some group, like the Indian outsourcing and offshoring industry, they have no qualms about using their access to private data to commit crimes against U.S. citizens.  What power do American techies have, now that Indians have infiltrated all of the I.T. industry?  We really are NOT free to speak out against the Upper-Caste Indian Invasion without having to worry about some slumdog hacking our email account, committing identity theft, or worse.  Anyway, my lawyer is working on the suit against my ISP so that they turn over this rabid slumdog that attacked me.

That is why Indians need to be purged from I.T., unless they have green cards or are U.S. citizens [maybe].  No H-1Bs, no L-1s, none of them.  They are corrupt scabs that need to be disposed of.

Getting back to the topic at hand, one of the crimes committed by our enemy, the Indian H-1B lobby, was a DDOS attack on my ISP awhile back.  Fortunately, we still live in a country where the First Amendment trumps computer hacking.  Thus, I am free to write whatever the fuck I want on this blog, and it is all protected speech, contrary to what some slumdog thinks.  And that means that launching a DDOS attack on my servers is a criminal act, while blogging is not, as this guy found out:

An 18-year-old New Jersey man agreed to plead guilty to federal computer hacking charges Friday for participating in a denial-of-service attack against Church of Scientology websites, as part of collective of online troublemakers known as "Anonymous."

Dmitriy Guzner is charged with a single felony count of unauthorized impairment of a protected computer for the January distributed denial-of-service attack. He faces a likely sentence of 12 to 18 months in prison based on stipulations in his plea agreement, which also obliges him to pay $37,500 in restitution.

See you in court, slumdogs.

I am surprised that this blogger has not been executed by the Hindu Nazis:

We're even more racist than Aussies

Jug Suraiya Monday June 08, 2009

The attacks on Indians in Australia have once again raised the ugly head of racism. Once again India is caught up in the midst of a racist storm. A while ago, the Big Brother controversy launched Shilpa Shetty as an international anti-racism icon from India. This is entirely appropriate as Indians are arguably the biggest targets of racism in the world. And they are targeted not just by unlettered British yobs or Australian thugs but, first and foremost, by their own compatriots. It's because we are so racist ourselves that we are so quick to react to a racist slur: it takes a racist to catch a racist. And our racism is colour-coded in black-and-white terms: white is intrinsically superior and desirable; black is inferior and undesirable.

In the Indian colour scheme of things, black is far from beautiful. The colloquial word for a black person of African origin is 'habshi', an epithet as offensive as the American 'nigger', both terms derived from the days of the slave trade.

...

Whatever the reason, 'chitti chamri' (fair skin) is a passport to fawning social acceptance -- which might partly explain why an increasing number of Caucasians look for assignments in India, be it as MNC executives or bartenders in 5-star hotels.

Our racism is largely, but not exclusively, based on colour. Caste is India's unique contribution to the lexicon of racial bigotry. Whether 'caste' - a result of cultural and social segmentation - can legitimately be conflated with 'race' - with its genetic and physiological underpinnings - is a matter of academic debate. However, as only too many horror stories testify, the average rural Dalit fares worse on the human-rights scale than her 'kafir' counterpart in the worst days of South African apartheid.

Caste apart, real or imagined ethnic traits compound our racism. People from the north-east are said to have 'Chinky' (Chinese) eyes and are routinely asked if they eat dogs. Even in so-called 'mainstream' India we sub-divide ourselves with pejoratives: 'Panjus', whose only culture is agriculture; stingy 'Marrus'; mercenary 'Gujjus' who eat 'heavy snakes' for tea; lazy, shiftless 'Bongs'; 'Madrasis', who all live south of the Vindhyas and speak a funny 'Illay-po' language. In our ingrained provincialism is our much-vaunted and illusory unity.

No wonder we can't stand racism. It reminds us disquietingly of the face we see in our own mirror.

The comments are interesting, because they reveal how open the racism and bigotry is amongst Indians. This commenter touches upon the issue of ageism in Indian culture:

sanju says: June 08, 2009 at 12:51 PM IST

We are certainly more racist.I have lived abroad and seen some racism but the extent of ageism I have seen in India is hundred times of racism I have seen abroad.

This is explains the mindset of the typical slumdog -- if you are older and still an I.T. professional, there is something wrong with you. That is why the slumdogs write shit about "fat old Americans" as if programmers are like relief pitchers who are washed up after their thirties.

The age discrimination was common in I.T. before the hordes of bigoted Indians flooded the market, but now it is rampant. As if you would rather have a "fresher" accountant, surgeon, or lawyer, right out of college working for you, rather than an experienced professional. The concept is ludicrous.

But then again, Indians ain't the sharpest tools in the shed. Their average IQ is 81.

Looks like the massive hack of Virginia's Prescription Drug Database is the result of an outsourcing deal to notorious Indian human trafficker, HCL (of "American tech grads are “unemployable” fame):

"Aneesh Chopra, President Obama's choice to serve a federal CIO, may face questions during his Senate confirmation hearing today about his use of outsourcers as head of technology in the state of Virginia.

Aneesh Chopra, appointed last month as the federal government's chief technology officer by President Barack Obama, may face questions at his U.S. Senate confirmation hearing today about his use of technology outsourcing in his previous post as Virginia's secretary of technology.

Chopra is slated to face questions from members of the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation during a confirmation hearing later today.

In 2007, Virginia signed an outsourcing contract for content management systems with HCL America Inc., ( download pdf) which is part of HCL Technologies Ltd. in Noida, India. The Virginia Information Technologies Agency does allow work to be performed at HCL facilities in India though individual agencies can add security requirements for offshore work, said Jerry Simonoff, director of IT investments and enterprise solutions for VITA.

Chopra was named to the Virginia post in 2005, just after the state government approved a 10-year, $2 billion agreement with Northrop Grumman Corp. to outsource the state's IT infrastructure, including its help desks and data centers. At the time, officials said the state's IT infrastructure was out-of-date and about half of its IT equipment was more than eight years old."

Now, some people can't get their meds, thanks to India, Inc.:

Some doctors are holding off prescribing painkillers after a hacker accessed more than 35.5 million of Virginia's most sensitive prescription drug records two months ago, a state official told a legislative panel Monday.

Lawmakers probing the state's computer services bureaucracy, the Virginia Information Technologies Agency, also learned that its former director was dismissed earlier this month after refusing to pay VITA's contracted partner, which had missed key deadlines.

Hearings Monday by the House Science and Technology Committee and a Senate Finance technology subcommittee focused on VITA and its $10-year, $2.4 billion contract with Northrop Grumman after years worth of state agencies' complaints over high costs and long service delays they have experienced from the partnership.

Lawmakers intensified their scrutiny of the six-year-old agency created to consolidate the state's diverse and far-flung computer systems after the Prescription Monitoring Program was hacked on April 30 and after the dismissal of former VITA chief Lemuel Stewart.

With the prescription database still offline two months after it was accessed because of FBI and state criminal investigations and work to upgrade the system, some doctors are reluctant to prescribe highly addictive painkillers such as Oxycodone, Vicodin, morphine and Valium, said Sandra Whitley Ryals, director of the Department of Health Professions.

"I do not have any indication, however, of how many that might be," she told the panel.

We in the Insurgency only advocate rhetorical violence, but there are other cells that are taking more extreme measures. Some are involved with MS-13 in SV and the GD in ChiTown.

These folks that broke into the Virginia Prescription Monitoring Program
have been in touch, and I can neither confirm nor deny that we have aided them in their patriotic efforts.

"I have your [expletive] In *my* possession, right now, are 8,257,378 patient records and a total of 35,548,087 prescriptions. Also, I made an encrypted backup and deleted the original. Unfortunately for Virginia, their backups seem to have gone missing, too. Uhoh :(For $10 million, I will gladly send along the password."

The site, along with a number of other Web pages related to Virginia Department of Health Professions, remains unreachable at this time. Sandra Whitley Ryals, director of Virginia's Department of Health Professions, declined to discuss details of the hacker's claims, and referred inquires to the FBI.

"There is a criminal investigation under way by federal and state authorities, and we take the information security very serious," she said.

A spokesman for the FBI declined to confirm or deny that the agency may be investigating.

This is the second major extortion attack related to the theft of health care data in the past year. In October 2008, Express Scripts, one of the nation's largest processors of pharmacy prescriptions, disclosed that extortionists were threatening to disclose personal and medical information on millions of Americans if the company failed to meet payment demands. Express Scripts is currently offering a $1 million reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for trying to extort money from the company.

We have your data. We know where you live. The discrimination, denigration, and displacement of American I.T. professionals will stop.

Chinaman was laughing. I figured he saw something funny on the Internet; then I remembered we work at the Desi concentration camp and web-surfing is forbidden.

I looked over across our pod and he was giggling about some code.

"Wassup? What you got there?" I asked. I leaned over and took a closer look.

There it was, the same slumdog code I saw on my first day in the Curry Den:

var row = document.getElementById("gridContainer").children[0].
children[1].children[0].children[0].children[0].children[1].children[0].
children[2].children[0].children[1].children[rowIndex];

"Now, how do you tell someone nicely that there are better ways to do things?" he asked.

I don't know, I usually just quit or commit occupational suicide when I see crap like that, and move on to the next gig, I wanted to say.

"Yeah, I saw that my first week. Didn't make sense," I told him instead.

Chinaman is an optimistic guy, very spiritual. Just like the Kung Fu guy. He got up and headed towards the snake pit where the three slumdogs sit with their tutor, the Desi architect with ADD.

I gotta see this, I thought to myself.

I peered over my cube and listened to him get into with the H-1B retard that wrote the shit code. Chinaman was camly explaining why slumdog's code sucked, but Hindu hacker would have not of it.

Heading to the bathroom, I eavesdropped some more, and could tell that Chinaman was getting nowhere. Slumdogs are arrogant, surly pricks, and they think their code is so fuckin' awesome. Even a guy like Chinaman, who has read the entire MSDN library from front to back, couldn't get through to someone like the buck-toothed Hindu hacker that has been tormenting him for days.

After my head call, I checked in with Chinaman.

"So w'a he say?" I asked.

"Uh, I, uh, didn't get anywhere. I'll just leave it." He is very Zen-like.

Such is life in the world of Hard Coding Hindu Hackers, also known as the Indian I.T. industry.

In the meantime, I had my own issues to deal with. I had to look busy for a couple of more days until I could escape from the Curry Den. I was making good use of my time, cracking open MSDN and picking up all the new C# 3.5 shit like lambda expressions, LINQ, and WCF. As long as I had code on my screen and not Yahoo or YouTube, the Desi slavemasters didn't know any different.

But I knew the Desi architect would be by soon to check on my progress with the infamous Upload Control. I was done two days ago, but I was waiting on him to figure out how to insert a blob into the Oracle table. Yeah, I know, I could have just wrote the code myself. I can just see the Desi hacks reading this and dying to post something like this in the comments:

"You stupid American! Here is the code..."

And there would be some shit that they copied and pasted from a website. The developer forums are full of dumbass Desis posting such crap, or begging for help:

"Pls, how do u make alert box show on web page..."

But the common data access code is maintained by the Desi leads, so I didn't have rights to VSS to make updates. So I pleasantly waited for the architect to get his shit together and extend the class to support blobs.

And soon enough, here he was, standing over my shoulder, wanting me to show him the code I was working on.

"I'm all done, just need to wrap up the insert once the data layer is updated," I told him.

He started talking to me like I was one of his slumdogs. "It is supposed to do yada-yada-yada..."

"It does," I said, smiling while I demo'd the functionality. I wanted to kick him in the balls, grab my shit, and walk out.

"Ok, let me see the code."

I show him the code, and then it got weird.

As he was reading the code, the Desi's eyes narrowed. He was concentrating deeply. And then his eyes rolled in the back of his head, and all I saw were the whites of eyes.

And he stood there, while I stared at his sclera.

He was like an alien, some curry-scented pod-person.

Finally he emerged from his trance.

"Ok, check it in and read the SRS for the next deliverable."

Been there, done that, Desi dipshit.

He left and I went back to my work on LINQ. Shit, that was freaky.

To be continued...

I am wrapping up a project where I am one of two white guys on a team of 7. There are 3 Asians, 2 Indians, 1 Persian, and the other white guy is probably gay (most skinny unmarried guys in there 40's that don't talk about pussy, porn, and football are gay).

Typical gig. The Indians cover for their screwups and blame one of the two white guys. The Asians don't say shit, even when they crash the data warehouse. And don't even get me started on the Persian bimbo, who mumbles autistically and can't write a for-next loop to save her life. Her favorite design pattern is the "Hard-Coded ID Pattern."

So am I am left chasing my tail and getting the stink-eye from my boss who thinks I can't code, with all these defects piling up and a build slipping by a week. Each time, it is some dot-head or pho-boy jacking with the data, or the Indian QA bimbo covering for her retarded Indian DBA friend who botched an ETL job.

Such is my life.

It will all be over in January, when I scale back to 3 days a week and can resume blogging and job-hunting, if I don't have a gig by then. The economy kind of sucks, and Asian and Indian hackers have depressed the wages of the common white boy programmer.

Man, I wish blacks and Mexican's would get better at math and get in this business. I love working with those cats. They are the salt of the fuckin' earth. No bullshit, they like pussy, and they will look you in the eye. These other clowns from India and Vietnam are some nasty freaks to work with. It's against there culture to be frank, honest, and admit to mistakes.

And it makes my life hell.
