Slumdogs are at it again, this time raping the taxpayers of Indiana:

Indiana’s privately run welfare project has so many problems that the state could start taking steps to cancel its $1.16 billion contract with IBM (NYSE: IBM) as early as this fall, a state official said Tuesday.

Secretary Anne Murphy of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration said she asked lead vendor IBM Corp. to submit a “corrective action plan” as part of a process that could result in canceling the 10-year deal if promised improvements don’t occur by the end of September. She said she expects to review data from the changes in mid-October.

Also criticized were ACS’ ties to Murphy’s predecessor, Mitch Roob, a former executive at the Texas-based technology vendor. Under the Indiana contract, FSSA outsourced 1,500 of its employees in 2007 to ACS to operate call centers and perform other tasks.

Roob left FSSA in January to take over Indiana’s economic development efforts, and Murphy, his deputy secretary and chief of staff, rose to FSSA’s top job. After reviewing data on the welfare project, she decided to halt its rollout and go to the governor.

“It was apparent that there were a lot of problems,” she said. “I just told him I was surprised at the level of problems with the project and that it was going to take a lot of work to correct it.”

ACS, which reported $6.16 billion in revenue for its 2008 fiscal year, does a significant amount of IT work for government agencies: about 40% of its business comes from government contracts. But most of the offshore work is being done for corporate clients, according to the ACS spokesman. The company has more flexibility to move corporate work offshore than government contracts often allow, he said.

Big Fucking Deal.

GARDNER - A 25-year-old city man who acknowledged having a history of depression, anger and social problems allegedly threatened in an Internet chat room to go on a shooting spree at Mount Wachusett Community College and is being held on $50,000 cash bail, court records show.

Mark F. Sanborn, of 23 Limerick St., was charged with threatening to commit a crime and making a bomb/hijack threat after campus police approached him at a library computer Monday afternoon...

It's not as if I'm stupid enough to name people and places. I keep my threats to a rhetorical level. Hyperbole is still legal in America. Unlike India.

It is ironic that my old hosting company shut me down on July 4th. After all, the goal of the INSURGENCY is to gain independence from the corrupt regime of India, Inc. and their collaborators and shills in corporate America, academia, politics, and the media.

This was nothing more than a minor inconvenience and I was fully prepared for it. The blog was down for almost two days. No big deal.

It is amazing how irate people can get when you speak truth to power. All I did was describe a scenario involving how our American military personal may react once they realize that some slumdog sycophant of a politician had passed a law that was discriminatory against Americans. And HR 1487 is exactly that – a bill that grants in-state tuition to slumdogs, but not vets.

So, now I’m back, with a vengeance.

As for you fuckers over at Immigration Voice that caused this temporary outage, keep it up. The more time you waste harassing me, the less time you have to send flowers to politicians, begging for your green cards.

Give it up, slumdogs. The whole H-1B thing was like a little tryout to see if you scumbags could fit into American society. Since it is clear that the bigoted, misogynistic caste mentality is ingrained in your DNA, we have to send you home. Maybe we will make you wither in limbo for 10-20 years, dangling a green card in front of your eyes, but the end result will be the same. You will have to leave.

Unfortunately some of you may not live long enough to see that open sewer of a sub-continent again. You may die here in America, in an accident, or by natural causes, or commit suicide like all the techies in India are doing.

Either way, by death or deportation, you will be gone.

And Americans can go back into I.T. once again and reclaim the industry that we created.

It must suck being a slumdog now. Every day, there are more Americans revolting against the Occupational Apartheid practiced by India, Inc. Here, I got some more coverage with my comments:

New York Post: NYC Hit By Nerd Job Rob. City $$ for Indian Hires. By Susan Edelman. Full excerpt: It's a geek tragedy. While the city vows to save and create jobs for recession-ravaged New Yorkers, one of its biggest contractors is importing techies from India, instead of hiring local computer nerds.

...IBM won a $1.9 million contract with the Department of Finance to analyze its old main databases so they can be improved, but the company has transported "consultants" from Mumbai and other parts of India to do most of the work.

At least 17 employees hired by an IBM subsidiary in India have worked in New York since October, inspecting the city's computer systems, which hold property and other tax records, insiders said.

KevinFlanagan wrote: Indian visa workers are cheap, and that is all. The normal H-1B makes on average $23/hr. IBM bills the gov't $200/hr, and refuses to hire Americans. IBM can use the H-1B or L-1 visas to legally discriminate against American workers. They have been doing it for years. A Senate bill is working a way through the Judiciary committee that will make it almost impossible to continue this practice. SUPPORT S.887, or more Americans will be displaced. Read more:

And here, the Business Week article that quoted my blog posts is noted:

BusinessWeek: An Academic's Labor Helps Fight H-1B Visas. Norm Matloff, a computer science professor with a Chinese-born wife, says the U.S. skilled-immigrant visa system exploits workers everywhere. By Moira Herbst. Excerpts: Not many computer science professors are activists on immigration policy. But Norm Matloff of the University of California, Davis wears both hats. He has been a vocal critic of the H-1B visa program for skilled immigrants since the mid-1990s, and now maintains a Web page and e-mail listserv discussing offshoring and the H-1B visa program, which he calls a "sham." He says his motivation is to protect and preserve tech job opportunities for the students he teaches. ...

This is all on one site.

How can you slumdogs keep up? English is clearly not your forte, and it shows in all the daily written communications in Hinglish we Americans see everyday at work and on line. Most of you lazy arrogant bastards constantly use terms like "ur" "bcoz" "u" "i" and all sorts of illiterate shorthand that makes you look like the backwards-ass cow-urine drinkers you are. So when something comes out in the media, you have to resort to copying and pasting shit verbatim from some obscure research paper, over and over again. Just look at the comments from the slumdogs on the Business Week article. It is just raw, convoluted gibberish, like a shitload of footnotes that we're supposed to understand.

Look, slumdogs, I know that there is a saying in your community:

If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit.

I've over-heard Indians give that advice to each other. But you can only do that for so long before people figure it out.

Who woulda' thunk it? More Indians engaged in H-1B scams.

An indictment unsealed Wednesday charges a Topeka couple and a Colorado man with taking part in a conspiracy to fraudulently obtain an H-1B visa, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Wichita.

Charged are Mahesh Kumar Gangineni, 34, of Topeka, his wife, Komali Donavalli, 34, of Topeka, and Sankar Rao Chava, 41, of Littleton, Colo.

But these slumdogs committed an even bigger crime -- being rude while running a dirty gas station:

Gas station-VISA fraud
Submitted by Doowoopdude on Thu, 07/02/2009 - 12:43am.

I was driving by there about 5pm on tuesday, saw TPD there and the store was obviously closed. I am really glad of it also. The place was usually dirty inside and the people behind the counter were rude. A few years ago they were the nearest place to me when I forgot to pay a utility bill on time. After my 3 or 4th visit to that store I had enough of that place and made sure I didnt have to go there again.

Imagine that! A rude Indian! Tell me it ain't so...

Anyway, here are the details:

Topekans charged with visa fraud
Feds: Topeka couple, Colorado man in conspiracy

An indictment unsealed Wednesday charges a Topeka couple and a Colorado man with taking part in a conspiracy to fraudulently obtain an H-1B visa, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Wichita.

Charged are Mahesh Kumar Gangineni, 34, of Topeka, his wife, Komali Donavalli, 34, of Topeka, and Sankar Rao Chava, 41, of Littleton, Colo.

Also named as defendants are two companies controlled by the defendants: Global Information Technology Services in Littleton, Colo., and Vaishnavi Inc. in Topeka.

According to the indictment, Gangineni and Chava created false paperwork to make it appear that Gangineni, who owned a gas station in Topeka, was doing contract work as a computer programmer for Chava’s company, Global Information Technology Services.

Relying on Gangineni’s fictitious employment with GITS, Gangineni and Chava submitted fraudulent paperwork to the government seeking an H-1B visa for Gangineni.

An H-1B visa provides workers who have specialized knowledge to reside in the United States while they are working and potentially to receive legal alien permanent residence status, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

As part of the scheme, Chava mailed what appeared to be payroll checks from Littleton, Colo., to Gangineni in Topeka. From Aug. 16, 2006, to Dec. 17, 2007, Chava sent 22 checks totaling $77,440 drawn on the accounts of his company, GITS, to Gangineni.

During the same period, Gangineni’s wife wrote checks to Chava so that Chava would continue to support the ongoing visa fraud by mailing what appeared to be payroll checks to Gangineni.

In return, Gangineni reimbursed Chava for the payroll checks by sending him checks from his company, Vaishnavi Inc. In a separate count, Gangineni and Donavalli are charged with structuring financial transactions totaling about $2 million at four Topeka banks to evade the Bank Secrecy Act, which requires transactions of $10,000 or more be reported to the federal government. If convicted, the defendants face a maximum penalty of five years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000 on the conspiracy charge and a maximum penalty of five years and a fine up to $250,000 on the charge of structuring transactions to evade making federal reports.

Gangineni is being held in custody, and Donavalli isn’t in custody, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. No further details about their status were available Wednesday.

Chava, who was arrested in Colorado, is being held in custody in Denver until a hearing Monday to determine if he is entitled to post bond. A magistrate judge on Tuesday appointed the federal public defender’s office to represent Chava “until the defendant retains private counsel,” according to court records.

The Internal Revenue Service and U.S. Department of Labor investigated the case. Special assistant U.S. attorney Jared Maag is prosecuting.

I guess our sanctimonious sys-admin got the hint and started communicating in a more professional manner after I mentioned privacy laws.

If you don't believe you are doing anything wrong, that's fine. I'm not here to change your mind or your behavior. What I'm telling you is the kind of things you are posting violate our terms of service:

I also never heard back about my request to get information about how my lawyer can send a request for all I.P. traffic logs so that he can begin filing complaints against the blog posters that have sent me death threats. It looks like I'll have to go over his head, perhaps to his CEO.

For all of his threats, my blog is still up on DiscountASP, so I guess the threat of a few slumdogs boycotting the company was pretty worthless. Nonethless, I had to wrap up this business relationship with this final response:

Instead of threatening me and lecturing me in a vulgar manner, you could have told me that I am in violation of the terms.

I don't need creepy emails from some sanctimonious punk who wants to "dialogue" with me and act as a my censor. This isn't Iran or India.

And your implied threats of revealing my identity (you know who I am, or at least who pays for the hosting) makes me want to contemplate taking legal action against your company. I have a family and don't need to have them put in jeopardy by some sys-admin who has been bribed or threatened by my enemies, or wants to act like DiscountASP is the Southern Poverty Law Center.

So here's deal, creep -- I am taking my business elsewhere. I don't like to live in fear that someone like you will get a hair up his ass and try portray me as some domestic terrorist and destroy my reputation and violate my privacy.

This whole exchange has been sordid and unpleasant. This is a free country, Michael, and you don't get to run around and demand that people "explain" things to you. If you don't like what they write, you are more than free to take action to terminate the business deal.

I've already made arrangements to move the domain offshore, and I'll do you a favor and not post this absurd "dialogue" on my blog and mention YOUR NAME. I'm just a blogger, but I know of other people in the insurgency who are a bit more militant. Trust me, you don't want to meet them.

Good riddance, you creep.

Ross Hunter, a retired Microsoft executive and the one of many "Manchurian Candidates" that India, Inc. has planted in America, is a Washington State Representative who is now running for Kings County Executive.

This vile anti-American pig has seen fit to sponsor a bill that would give slumdogs the same tuition as AMERICAN CITIZENS:

"Under House Bill 1487, which takes effect July 1, the foreign workers would qualify for the same tuition rate as state residents if they have been in the state at least a year on certain kinds of temporary work visas, such as the H-1B.

The measure passed amid a roiling budget crisis and hundreds of millions of dollars in cutbacks to higher education. It was nicknamed the "Microsoft subsidy bill" by some lawmakers who say the software giant and its workers surely could afford to pay the higher tuition rates.

Subject to lively legislative debate, the bill received little attention outside the Capitol. An analysis put the immediate tuition revenue loss at the University of Washington at about $430,000, with potential for bigger losses in future years, and about $215,000 at Washington State University.

State Rep. Ross Hunter, D-Medina, the bill's sponsor, retired from Microsoft in 2000 after 17 years. He said employers in his Eastside district sought the provision as a tool for recruiting foreign talent."

It is time to castrate this corrupt collaborator.

Let me put this in perspective for you. Let's say a Marine comes back from Iraq or Afghanistan and is stationed in Puget Sound. Perhaps he has a Purple Heart.

And let's just say he has a year left in the Corps, and wants to go back to school, say, at the University of Washington. Now, since he is probably not from Washington (very few jarheads are from that state full of liberal pacifist pussies), he has to pay out-of-state-tuition. I know this for a fact, because when I was at Camp Pendleton, I was considered a resident of the state of Texas until I moved off base and established state residency, and only then could I pay in-state-tuition.

But to become a Huskie, it takes just a little bit of cash.

LIKE $24,352.

But RAJ, our booger-farming slumdog, gets to go to UW for $7,677.

The offensive will be simple. All the INSURGENCY has to do is donate $14.87 to his opponent, Dow Constantine, or one of several others running for King County Executive. This will send a message, and money.

Anyway, WashTech was leaked AN INTERNAL MICROSOFT DOCUMENT that laid out the plan to subsidize college tuitions for SLUMDOGS.

“Rep. Ross Hunter pushed through legislation at Microsoft’s behest to extend in-state tuition rates to white collar professionals who are temporarily stationed at Microsoft on corporate visas –at the same time that Washington State lawmakers removed $1.5 billion from education, laidoff 2500 teachers, [and] slashed health care.” – Bright Future Jobs

Bright Future Jobs broke the story of the grassroots campaign – started by techs in Washington state – against Ross Hunter, now running for King County Executive. The campaign is asking everyone to donate $14.87, in protest of HB 1487, to any opponent of Ross Hunter of their choice. You can see the candidates and their websites here. The Primary Election is on August 18.

I don't give a shit if you are a Democrat, Republican, or Communist. SHOOT THE FUCKING LOCK OFF OF YOUR WALLET AND DONATE $14.87 to one of these people:

• Larry Phillips
• Stan Lippmann
• Alan Lobdell
• Susan Hutchison
• Dow Constantine

Already, WashTech and IBM Alliance are mobilizing to turn Ross Hunter into another Harris Miller, and pathetic immigration lawyer who got his ass kicked by a great Marine, James Webb.
